The cleaning lady swiped her card to enter the room without knocking. The hotel kept making up stories and shirking responsibilities. In the end, they didn't admit it or solve the problem. It was just a waste of time.

Hôtel excentré avec parking. Accueillir agréable, chambre propre et confortable, climatisée. Literie ok, bureau, salle de bain avec baignoire, rien a redire sur l'hôtel. Le bar et le resto par contre... service catastrophique, on n'est pas des potes quand même. Mieux demander ce qu'ils ont en réserve et ne pas se fier à la carte, vous demander un epoisse, il vous ramène un assiette de fromage car il n'en n'a plus, sans même vous demander avant, glaces (esquimau en fait) sans goût, le tartare était moyen. Vous demandez un cocktail, la machine en marche pas (ah bon, faut une machine pour secours un shaker ?). Le lendemain, je redemande un cocktail, le serveur me dit qu'il regarde ce qu'il a... avant de me ramener un mojito alors que je n'avais pas dit ok, du coup il repart avec. Pour résumer, venez pour l'hôtel mais surtout pas pour le bar et le restaurant qu'il faut fuir.

Accueil chaleureux / Personnel très sympathique /Chambres propres et agréables/3 chambres réservées dont une avec 1 lit de bébé mis à disposition / Petit déjeuner copieux / Nous avons dîné au restaurant de de l'hôtel plats très bien présentés et savoureux / le personnel de l'équipe restauration est très efficace et agréable. Si l'occasion se représentait, nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

c est difficile d'en parler je suis allé déjeune ayant un impératif d'horaire il y avait environ 20 couverts pour me servir un plat + dessert 1h15 pas sérieux, service très long et pas compétent commander un bière je l'attends toujours donc a éviter

Hôtel qui est en train d être repeint / chambre re décorée ( et leur salle de bains aussi ) , du coup l hôtel est vraiment très clean. Personnel très sympa , pour ce prix ça vaut vraiment le coup. Petit dej tout à fait correct qu on prend dans la salle du restaurant qui est sympa. Vue sur la forêt.
